Cashier Limits

MrQ payment methods and the route each payout takes

MrQ’s cashier accepts Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, bank transfer and Visa or Mastercard debit cards from £10, and its terms say it charges no fee for processing a deposit or a withdrawal. Withdrawals go to the active method, the one you used most recently to deposit, and MrQ’s help centre gives payout times for bank transfer, PayPal and debit cards. The method you pick at the deposit step therefore decides where a payout lands.

Where MrQ sends a withdrawal, and how to change it

Only one payment method is active on a MrQ account at any moment, and it carries deposits and withdrawals alike. A withdrawal goes to that method, the one behind your latest deposit, and the help centre is plain about the rest: “You can’t choose a different method at the point of withdrawal.” MrQ pays out to the person who holds the account and to nobody else.

Where a MrQ withdrawal lands, set by your last deposit method

A debit card from Visa or MastercardThat card, while it is the active methodA card that cannot receive payouts sends the money to the bank account linked to it

Any method left unused for six monthsThe same method, once revalidatedRevalidation has to happen before the withdrawal

To move payouts somewhere else, change the active method first. That needs a balance under £10 and no withdrawal pending, and the same two conditions apply when you add a new debit card or bank account. Up to eight methods can sit saved on one account: three cards at most, three bank accounts at most, a single PayPal account, and one entry each for Google Pay and Apple Pay. A saved method can be removed only while another active one stays on the account.

Every method has to be in your own name, debit cards, PayPal and bank accounts included. A method shared with someone else can be restricted or taken off, and a business bank or PayPal account is not for deposits even when the business is yours. MrQ may also ask at any point for proof that you own a registered method.

How long a MrQ withdrawal takes, stage by stage

A MrQ payout passes through four stages, and MrQ’s help centre gives a time by method only for the last one.

  1. Request: “Once a withdrawal has been requested, it can’t be cancelled.” The money cannot go back into the MrQ balance either, even while the request is pending or after it fails.
  2. Processing: MrQ’s processing help page says most withdrawals are processed straight away, and one that is not may need up to two working days while MrQ completes its payment, security or verification reviews. If MrQ needs something from you, it usually emails within two working days.
  3. Status: The account shows Processing while the review runs, Complete once the money is sent, or Unable to be processed, which means contacting MrQ. Higher withdrawal volumes than usual are one reason a payout stays at Processing.
  4. Bank: Delivery then depends on the method, from minutes for bank transfer to working days for a standard card, as the method cards show. Some banks take up to seven working days to release a payout, and a card refund can take up to seven days to appear.

How MrQ deposit limits treat withdrawals

At the first deposit MrQ asks you to pick a limit period, daily, weekly or monthly, and its current terms let you choose between a Deposit Limit and a Net Deposit Limit. MrQ can add a Fixed Limit of its own on top.

MrQ’s account limits side by side
LimitWho sets itWhat it countsHow it moves
Deposit LimitYou, daily, weekly or monthly, from the first depositEvery deposit in the period, whatever you withdrawCutting it counts at once; raising or removing it waits 24 hours, then needs your confirmation
Net Deposit LimitYou, on the same periods, in place of a Deposit LimitDeposits minus withdrawals, so a withdrawal frees room againThe same 24-hour wait for a rise or removal
Fixed LimitMrQ, such as £500 a month on accounts previously registered with GAMSTOPOverrides your own limits, which cannot be set above itRaised only with proof of income, usually to at most 30% of average monthly income
Return from self-exclusionMrQ, on every account coming backA monthly Net Deposit LimitRaised or removed only with proof of affordability

The two limits you can set part ways after a withdrawal. A Net Deposit Limit subtracts what you take out, so in MrQ’s own example a £100 Net Deposit Limit, used up and followed by a £30 withdrawal, leaves room for £30 more in deposits in the same period. Where several limits run at once, “the lowest available limit always applies.” MrQ may impose limits at any time, which may be informed by what it learns about affordability, and the income documents behind a Fixed Limit review have to be no more than three months old.

Daily limits reset at midnight, or 1am during British Summer Time; a weekly limit runs Monday to Sunday and a monthly one restarts with each calendar month.

Transaction limits sit apart from these account caps: the help centre ties the most you can deposit to the limits on your account rather than to a set figure. MrQ’s PayPal deposit page prints a higher figure of its own with a note that it may change, while the table on the same page sends you to the cashier. On the way out, the terms set a minimum withdrawal of £10.00, and the support team can pay out a smaller real-money balance in full.

MrQ fees, and the small balances it keeps

MrQ’s no-fee rule has a few edges, and each sits at the margin of an account rather than on an ordinary payout.

International wire
If none of the offered methods can take a payout, MrQ may send it by international bank wire, may charge an administration fee for that, and does not cover foreign exchange or other extra charges.
Closing the account
A balance of 99p or less is kept against processing costs unless you ask the support team for it.
Self-exclusion
On self-exclusion, or a closure over gambling concerns, balances of £1.00 or more come back to you, and £0.99 or less goes to a safer gambling charity as an administration fee.
Idle balance
No inactive or dormancy fees apply, and the account stays open with its balance.
Third-party payments
MrQ does not have to refund a deposit made with someone else’s payment method.

Checks that can pause a MrQ withdrawal

A withdrawal that needs verification stays unprocessed until those checks finish, and MrQ runs them on a continuing basis because its licence requires checks after sign-up as well as at it. While documents are awaited, deposits or withdrawals may be paused.

Standard identity and address checks are aimed for completion within 48 hours of MrQ receiving everything it asked for. Source of Funds reviews take longer: “For Source of Funds checks, it’s currently taking around a month.” MrQ also reports a backlog, the review clock restarts from the day any further documents it asks for arrive, and support agents cannot give a queue position. Neither Player Experience nor the complaints team can hurry a review along.

Outside verification, a payout waits until every payment in has cleared and none has been charged back, reversed or cancelled. A chargeback notice suspends the account, and any pending withdrawal or balance may be held while MrQ investigates. Nothing can be withdrawn during a suspension. High-value withdrawals may face enhanced checks and take longer.

Documents go in through the Verification section of your account, which MrQ points to ahead of email. Proof of identity needs a photo of the physical document, not a screenshot. A card photo shows the first six and last four digits, the cardholder’s name and the expiry date, never the security code.

Which MrQ document applies when its pages disagree

MrQ’s terms, version V1.4 dated 29 September 2026, refer readers to the “Help and FAQs page” for payment options, limits, processing times and fees, and to the help centre for withdrawal timings by method. The help pages therefore govern those topics, while the terms keep the contractual minimum withdrawal.

MrQ safer gambling tools and free support

MrQ’s own controls include the Deposit Limit and Net Deposit Limit set out above, a Time-Out and Self-Exclusion. A Time-Out lasts from 24 hours up to six weeks, and self-exclusion covers your MrQ account and any future website the operator runs. MrQ’s safer gambling page lists GamCare among its support contacts.

From England or Scotland, ring or WhatsApp 0808 8020 133. That is the National Gambling Helpline, set up by GamCare; it costs nothing, stays open day and night and also answers by online chat. Callers in Wales can use a free NHS number, 0808 2819 265, open around the clock too. A GAMSTOP registration blocks new sign-ups and play with every online gambling business holding a Great Britain licence. Gambling online in Great Britain is for adults of 18 or over. More blocks and support routes are gathered on gambling support.
