Cashier Limits

PayPal casinos UK: payouts back to your PayPal wallet

All 25 UK-licensed PayPal cashiers listed say winnings can go back to the PayPal wallet. Cashier charges are a separate question. At the cashier, 8 state no fee in either direction and 9 none on withdrawals. ProgressPlay Limited’s 7 sites take “1% up to £3 per withdrawal”, and Bingo Hollywood charges on every PayPal transaction. A payout time appears on 17 of the rows, given per stage, such as the casino’s own processing or the move into the wallet, and each operator’s stated times are quoted further down.

Times are the casinos’ own, quoted for the stage named; they are not test results. A record that prints no time or limit has no time stated for that method, or only a general timeframe, or no limit stated with its basis; it never means there is no limit.

How each record is read and dated

Operator wording on limits Limit wording quoted as each casino prints it, where the casino doesn’t say whether a figure is per payment, per day or per account. A passage several casinos print word for word appears once, with each casino and its own read date. The sheet doesn’t compare these passages between casinos.

PayPal casino fees at the cashier and in the wallet

ProgressPlay Limited’s withdrawal fee
A fee on each payout. Its general terms name no method, so the fee is read as reaching a PayPal withdrawal too. Any fee a payment service provider adds “will apply solely on you”, the same terms say.
Bingo Hollywood’s PayPal processing fee
A fee on each transaction, which the terms apply to each PayPal transaction. It sits inside “the total price displayed at checkout” and counts towards “any applicable financial limits”.
Withdrawal charges at Rank and Red Rock sites
No fee on payouts, a label that Red Rock Managed Services Limited’s help pages share with Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited’s terms. That wording covers withdrawals only. It makes no promise about deposits.
Casino charges in both directions
No fee either way. Slingo words it as “Slingo does not charge fees for PayPal deposits or withdrawals”. Playzee says much the same, then adds a note to its PayPal entry, “Check the fees on the payment method website”.
A PayPal balance moved to a UK bank or card
“No Fee (when no currency conversion is involved)”. That line comes from PayPal’s UK fee page, last updated on 22 January 2026.
Currency conversion inside the wallet
the charge that page does flag. Paying is free “unless it involves a currency conversion”. A balance held in another currency is where a wallet-side cost can arise.

Applied to one illustrative withdrawal, ProgressPlay Limited’s clause works out as follows.

Worked example Betmaze, PayPal
The casino’s fee clause
“Withdrawals are subject to a processing fee in the amount of 1% up to £3 per withdrawal.” read Source: Betmaze withdrawals page
Illustrative payout
£120
Fee worked from the clause
1% of £120 is £1.20, within the £3 cap the clause sets

The £120 is an illustrative sum, not a figure from the casino, and it doesn’t show that the cashier accepts that amount. The clause doesn’t say how the fee is collected, so no sum after the fee is worked out here.

PayPal gambling with approved casinos and a debit-funded wallet

PayPal lets approved gambling sellers use its service “in certain jurisdictions where gambling activities are legal”. Without that approval, account holders “may not use PayPal to send or receive payments” for gambling, and the examples given run from wagers and gambling debts to gambling winnings. The UK Acceptable Use Policy, last updated on 15 July 2026, lists “Gambling, Gaming, Prize Draws and Contests” among “Activities Requiring Approval”. Approval holds only “if the operator and customers are located exclusively in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted by law”.

What loads the wallet matters too. Commission guidance carries the credit card ban to a card used “to deposit money into your e-wallet”, and it names PayPal when telling casinos to check how e-wallet money was funded. Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited’s terms refuse any credit card “registered with an online payment service”, with PayPal among the examples. Before a PayPal casino deposit, make sure the wallet draws on a bank account or a debit card.

PayPal payouts when a card also funded the account

Where a card and PayPal have both paid in, the casino’s route rule decides which one receives winnings. Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited’s sites pay withdrawals to whichever method holds “the highest net deposits value”, each method’s figure being what went in through it less what came out. So a card carrying the larger figure takes the payout. Bingo Hollywood pays withdrawals back to the methods already used for deposits, and once withdrawals pass the total deposited, the balance goes to the player’s preferred method. Even then, its terms pay out only “to a card/account that has already been used to deposit”. Virgin Bet runs a closed loop: “withdrawals must be made back to the same payment method used for deposits”.

These are general terms, read as reaching PayPal rather than written for it. To receive winnings in the wallet, fund the account from PayPal in the first place.

Identity and wallet documents a PayPal payout can require

  • Match the name on the PayPal account to the casino account, as Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited’s sites require.
  • Keep a screenshot of the PayPal profile page with your name and email, a document ProgressPlay Limited’s terms may ask for.
  • Verify the PayPal account before depositing at Bingo Hollywood, which may want documents if it is unverified.
  • Read the casino’s list of ID documents before the first deposit, when Commission conditions expect it.

PayPal withdrawal time at the casino, then in the wallet

A PayPal payout is timed stage by stage, and each operator below words its stages differently. These are the operators’ stated times, not measured ones, and actual times depend on the casino’s checks. Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited’s terms for Bingo Hollywood, read on 29 September 2026, give PayPal “2 business days” to process, “2-3 business days” to complete and “4-5 business days” in total. Those terms treat the times as targets and name third parties, technical issues and verification as reasons a time can slip. ProgressPlay Limited’s withdrawal tables, read on 3 October 2026, set “1 business Day” for processing and “3-7 business Day” for the transfer. Red Rock’s help pages, read on 29 September 2026, split a payout between “24 hours” on the casino’s side and a further wait of “up to 24 hours on PayPal’s end”. Working days leave out weekends, and in Bingo Hollywood’s terms UK and Irish public holidays too; they time the processing on 9 rows and the transfer on 11. Bingo Hollywood sends an email once processing is complete and the money has gone out. No single PayPal withdrawal time is built from these figures.

Minimum and maximum PayPal withdrawal, small balances included

Stated limits with a basis cover 1 of the 25 PayPal rows. Virgin Bet’s withdrawal FAQ shows wording that qualifies. Its table gives “how much you can withdraw as a minimum and a maximum in one transaction”. Limit lines with a figure but no basis join the Operator wording block after review, quoted as printed and left out of any comparison. A balance under the minimum still has a way out. ProgressPlay Limited’s terms let the full balance be withdrawn through customer support. Bingo Hollywood’s send a player in that position to customer support for a single withdrawal.

PayPal Gambling Block settings beside the casino’s own limits

On the PayPal website, the Gambling Block sits under Account, Settings and Payments, in Payment controls. Once on, it stops eligible payments to merchants identified as gambling or lottery operators, online casinos among them. It relies on how a merchant is classified, so a payment to one not identified as gambling “may not be blocked”. Switching it off starts “a three-day cooling-off period” before eligible gambling payments can resume. At the cashier, Bingo Hollywood keeps daily, weekly or monthly financial limits, reached through “My Account -> Safer Gambling Tools”. The wallet block and a casino limit can run at the same time.
