Apple Pay casinos UK: winnings returned through Apple Pay

All 29 UK-licensed Apple Pay cashiers listed here say winnings can go back through Apple Pay. Most state no casino fee on that payout, and 10 state none on deposits or payouts at all. The exceptions are 6 ProgressPlay Limited sites, which charge “1% up to £3 per withdrawal”, and 5 casinos whose terms say a fee may apply. Each fee label reports the casino’s own wording and nothing from the card issuer’s tariff. Of the 29 cashiers, 20 print a payout time, each for one stage that the casino names, and the times each operator states are set out below the fees.

Times are the casinos’ own, quoted for the stage named; they are not test results. A record that prints no time or limit has no time stated for that method, or only a general timeframe, or no limit stated with its basis; it never means there is no limit.

How each record is read and dated

Operator wording on limits Limit wording quoted as each casino prints it, where the casino doesn’t say whether a figure is per payment, per day or per account. A passage several casinos print word for word appears once, with each casino and its own read date. The sheet doesn’t compare these passages between casinos.

The card Apple Pay casino sites pay winnings back to

At the casinos that spell the rule out, an Apple Pay payout lands only on a card that funded an earlier Apple Pay deposit. Paddy Power’s help centre allows the withdrawal only to a card “that you have previously made a deposit from via Apple pay”. Under the licence of Platinum Gaming Limited, a help page sets the same rule from the other side. It allows no Apple Pay withdrawal “if you had not made a deposit with that Apple Pay card”. That page also lists an iPhone or iPad among the conditions for the withdrawal itself.

Paddy Power help centre, question Can I withdraw to Apple Pay? Answer: Yes, you can withdraw to your Apple Pay payment method. You will only be able to withdraw via Apple Pay if the card you're withdrawing to is one that you have previously made a deposit from via Apple pay, on your Paddy Power account.

apply a general rule not written for Apple Pay: winnings return by whichever method paid in

With more than one card in Wallet, deposit from the card you want winnings paid to. Casino Kings’ deposit steps put that choice in plain view. “Choose the card from your Apple Pay wallet” comes just before the Touch ID or passcode check. Its withdrawals page lists the names a payout may show on a card statement, ProgressPlay Limited and Babaloo Limited among them, sometimes with a city name beside them. Betway’s wording is looser. Where possible, it pays a withdrawal into whichever method funded the deposit.

For an account also funded by another method, the withdrawal routes by licensee show which method each rule pays first.

Casino fees on an Apple Pay payout

Next to the No fee either way casinos, another 8 read No fee on payouts. Each line below names a charge from the casinos’ own terms and says where it applies.

Withdrawal fee at Rank’s sites
none. Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited’s terms rule out fees on withdrawals, a promise about payouts rather than deposits.
Capped processing fee
charged by the 6 ProgressPlay Limited sites under the clause quoted at the top of this page. Casino Kings also prints it on its withdrawals page, below a table that includes Apple Pay.
Small-balance fee
the reason for Betway’s A fee may apply, since an account holding less than the minimum can still withdraw its balance, subject to a fee in pounds.
Reserved processing fee
the reason for A fee may apply at BV Gaming Limited’s casinos. Their terms rule out a charge on deposits and withdrawals, then allow for “a reasonable processing fee for withdrawals”.
Card issuer or payment provider charge
outside every casino label. ProgressPlay’s terms say any such fee on a deposit or withdrawal “will apply solely on you”. SpinYoo takes no withdrawal fee of its own, yet warns that “your payment method provider may charge their own fees”.

How long an Apple Pay casino withdrawal takes

Each operator below times an Apple Pay payout one stage at a time, in its own words. These are the operators’ stated times, not measured ones, and actual times depend on the casino’s checks.

  • Betway Limited: its casino page, read on 28 September 2026, says Betway “processes withdrawals within 24 hours, although timing may vary at weekends”.
  • BV Gaming Limited, 4 sites: their help centres, read on 28 September 2026, give an Apple Pay withdrawal a processing time of “Up to 24 hours”.
  • Gamesys Operations Limited, 6 sites: their help pages, read on 28 September 2026, process winnings “within 4-24 hours”, after which the payout will “normally clear in your account within 24 hours”.
  • Platinum Gaming Limited: its Apple Pay help page, read on 29 September 2026, states a “Processing time: up to 3 business days”.
  • ProgressPlay Limited, 6 sites: the withdrawals table, read on 3 October 2026, sets “1 business Day” for processing and “3 business Days” for the transfer.
  • White Hat Gaming Limited, at Playzee and SpinYoo: Playzee’s payments page, read on 28 September 2026, says withdrawals “will be executed on the first working day after they are requested” and are subject to identity checks. SpinYoo’s withdrawal FAQ, read on 3 October 2026, says an approved payout “may take up to 3 business days to reach your account”, depending on the method.

Debit card and device needed for Apple Pay deposits

An Apple Pay casino deposit is a card payment made from an Apple device, so the card and the device both have to qualify. Run through these before the first top-up.

  • Pay with a debit card, because under the Commission’s rule gambling businesses “must not accept credit card payments for gambling”, through an e-wallet or otherwise.
  • At Rank’s sites, leave American Express aside too. Their payment pages refuse credit cards “or cards issued by American Express used via Apple Pay”.
  • Use a card in your own name, which Platinum Gaming’s help page requires for Apple Pay deposits and withdrawals alike.
  • Expect a check on the card itself: ProgressPlay Limited’s terms say the payment method “must be verified before any deposit or withdrawal can be processed”.
  • Ask the card issuer whether a card works with Apple Pay, the route Apple gives for that question.
  • Pay from an iPhone with Face ID or Touch ID, an iPad with either, or a Mac with Touch ID. Apple’s iPhone list leaves out one early Touch ID model.
  • On a Mac without Touch ID, keep an Apple Pay-enabled iPhone or Apple Watch alongside, as Apple’s list requires.
  • On a Windows PC or in a browser other than Safari, scan the cashier’s code with the iPhone. Apple limits that route to merchants taking part, so the cashier has to offer it.
  • Install the latest software, sign in to an Apple Account and set Face ID, Touch ID, Optic ID or a passcode.
  • Clear the casino’s age check first. Apple lets younger users set up Apple Pay in most places, but a UK-licensed casino must confirm a player’s age before taking any deposit.

The most a single Apple Pay withdrawal can take out

Each Apple Pay payout limit given here with its scope caps a single withdrawal, and all 6 sit at Gamesys Operations Limited sites. The table above prints each one beside its casino. At other casinos, check the cashier page before a large withdrawal. Gambling Commission guidance says a company “should tell you if there are minimum deposit limits or fees” for services such as Apple Pay. Platinum Gaming’s Apple Pay help page answers that by sending players to the cashier page for its minimum and maximum.

Apple Pay casino spending kept to an affordable level

Pair the wallet with a deposit limit or a time-out in the casino account. Set it before the first Apple Pay top-up, at a level you can afford to lose. Ringing the National Gambling Helpline, or messaging it on WhatsApp, costs nothing at any hour: GamCare runs it for England and Scotland on 0808 8020 133. GamCare’s website carries a live chat option too. A player based in Wales can ring a free number answered at any hour, 0808 2819 265, which the NHS in Wales provides. Self-exclusion from Great Britain’s licensed online gambling runs through GAMSTOP. Players must be 18 or over.
